PHILIPPINES, DU. Arie, PA3FWG, will be QRV as 4F1UFT from January 1 to 20. Frequencies and modes are unknown at this time. QSL to home call.

PORTUGAL, CT. Portuguese amateurs may use Special Prefixes from January 1 to September 30 for Expo 98. Look for CQ98, CS98, CT98 and CU98 stations to be active. QSL via their regular CT/CU callsigns.

TROMELIN ISLAND, FR/T. Henri, FR5ZQ, is currently active as FR5ZQ/T. QSL to home call.

ST. LUCIA, J6. Hiroo, JA2EZD, will be QRV as J69JW from January 2 to 7. QSL via XW2A.

BELGIUM, ON. The Union of Belgium RadioAmateurs is celebrating its 50th anniversary with the Special Prefix ON50 from January 1 to December 31. Look for ON50LZ to be QRV on HF and VHF, including activity in the UBA contest. QSL via ON7ZT.

NETHERLAND ANTILLES, PJ. John, W1BIH, will be QRV as PJ9JT from Curacao for three months beginning January 10. QSL via W1AX.

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, VP5. Mark, WQ7X, will be QRV as VP5/WQ7X from Providenciales, from January 6 to 15. He will use CW and SSB on 160 to 10 meters. QSL via N7MQN.

LAOS, XW. JH1AJT and others will use Special Event callsigns XW30A and XW30 from January 5 to 13 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Khao Sanpathet Lao News Agency. These stations will operate RTTY and SSB, and CW, respectively. QSL via SM0AGD.

TOKELAU ISLANDS, ZK3. Peter, ZK3PM, who works for the New Zealand government, will be active from Fakaofu Island for the next 2 years. He is not a DXer, but will try to work as many stations as he can. QSL via his instructions.

AUSTRALIA, VK. The Geelong Amateur Radio Club in Victoria will celebrate its 50th year of continuous operation with the callsign VI50G. Activity is expected on all bands and in major contests. QSL via VK3ATL.
