EQUATORIAL GUINEA, 3C. YN1GSR/3C1 has been QRV on 40 and 15 meters, using SSB. His length of stay is unknown. QSL via EA5BYP.

VIETNAM, 3W. 3W6JQ has been QRV on 20 meters around 0800z. QSL via JA1IED.

TANZANIA, 5H. LA1SO is QRV as 5H3RB. QSL via LA5DM.

WESTERN MALAYSIA, 9M2. Tex, 9M2TO, and Phoa, 9M2KT, are QRV on 6 meters, although operating times and frequencies are unknown at this time. Watch for openings. QSL 9M2TO via JA0DMV. QSL 9M2KT via bureau.

SVALBARD, JW. JW1BJA is QRV from Bear Island on 160 meters. QSL via LA1BJA.

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS. Alberto, ZX0ECF, is located at the Brazilian Antarctic Base Comandante Ferraz on King George Island. QSL via PY2ASK.

EGYPT, SU. SU3FM has been QRV on 20 meters around 1600z. QSL via SU3AM.

BELAU, T8. JI3DLI and JH0XUP are QRV on 80 to 10 meters, including the newer bands, using CW and SSB, signing T88DX and T88UP, respectively. QSL to home calls.

CENTRAL AFRICA, TL. Pascal, TL8PL, is still active even though he was supposed to leave January 1. He has been QRV on the low ends of 17 and 15 meters from 1200 to 1300z. QSL via F5LNA.

ST. KITTS, V4. Halvard, LA7XK, is QRV until January 17 as V47XK. QSL to home call.

LAOS, XW. XW30A, using SSB, RTTY and FM, and XW30 using CW, will be QRV until January 13. They plan activity on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer bands. They may be found in the various DX windows. QSL via SM0AGD.

SOUTHERN COOK ISLANDS, ZK1. Gun, ZK1DI, is QRV most days around 0600z on the low end of 40 meters. After which he can be found on 80 meters using SSB. QSL via DK1RV.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. This weekend will keep contesters quite busy. The Japan International DX CW Contest, Meet the Novices and Technicians Day, Hunting Lions in the Air Contest, QRP ARCI Winter Fireside SSB Sprint and the North American CW QSO Party are all on tap.
