NAMIBIA, V5. Gary, WA1JBB, has pulled up stakes on his three year operation as C53HG and will be moving on to Namibia around July 17. He hopes to be up and running on HF by September.

SWAZILAND, 3DA. Dave, WJ2O, plans to include Swaziland in his October tour of Africa.

LIBYA, 5A. Andy, DJ7IK, hopes to operate from a multi-station contest operation during 1997 and reports that Brendan, G0UCT, is in the midst of planning something from 5A1A.

MALDIVES, 8Q. Josep, EA3BT, and XYL Nuria, EA3AOK, will be active as 8Q7BT and 8Q7OK respectively, October 22 to 31. SSB, RTTY and a little CW are planned, as well as being in the CQ WW DX SSB Contest. QSL via EA3BT.

MACQUARIE ISLAND, VK0. Warren, VK0WH, will be QRT for a few weeks due to antenna problems caused by the extreme weather conditions on the island.

SOUTHERN COOK ISLANDS, ZK1. AA8U, AG8W, K8MJZ and KA8KZJ will be active July 11 to 21 as ZK1AAU, ZK1MJZ and ZK1AGW. They will operate from Rarotonga Island as ZK1AAU during the IARU Contest. QSL via AA8U.

BENIN, TY. Glenn, W6OTC, Eddie G0AZT, Steve, KE6FV, and Ray, WF1B, will sign TY1RY in the CQ WW RTTY Contest, September 28 and 29. They will work some CW and SSB before the contest, providing antenna installation goes as planned. QSL with SASE or SAE/return postage via Eddie Schneider, PO Box 5194, Richmond CA 94805.

TOGO, 5V. Roger, G3SXW, says the VooDoo Contest Group is optimistic about their Togo DXpedition plans for the CQ WW CW Contest November 23 and 24. They have requested the callsign 5V5A. Ops AA7NO, G3SXW, G4FAM, GM3YTS, K5VT, K7GE, KC7V, N7BG, W6RGG and WB7SRW plan six stations and 17 antennas in the capital city Lome. QSL via GM4AGL.

ANTIGUA, V2. Team Antigua will activate V26B in the IARU Contest July 13. They will be active for a short time both before and after the contest on all bands and modes. QSL V26B via WT3Q. QSL V26E via AB2E. QSL V26U via WA2UDT.

SAINT PAUL ISLAND, CY9. Don, VE1AOE, and Ken, VE1RU, are planning a mini DXpedition for September.

GUADELOUPE, FG. F6FUM will be active until July 14, probably signing FG/F6FUM. IOTA fans note that he will island hop through the end of the month. Accompanying F6FUM is FG5HR. Both will be active on CW and SSB.

ARUBA, P4. Dennis, AA7VB, will be active as P40Z through July 16 and plans to work satellite RS12. Here are the operating windows. July 11, 2048 to 2105 and 2235 to 2250z. July 12, 0806 to 0819, 0950 to 1005, 1935 to 1947 and 2117 to 2133z. July 13, 0833 to 0848z. July 14, 2029 to 2044 and 2214 to 2229z. July 15, 0744 to 0800, 0928 to 0944, 1915 to 1928 and 2055 to 2112z.
