MARKET REEF, OJ0. OH1VR, OH0RJ, OH2KI, OH2BDP, OH3MEP and possibly OH6PJ will activate Market Reef August 1 to 4. They will sign OJ0/home calls on 160 through 10 meter CW and SSB. Check 14084 kHz for RTTY.
UGANDA, 5X. Gus, SM5DIC, should remain active from Kampala as 5X1D until late October. He is on CW and SSB on 80 through 6 meters. QSL via SM0BFJ.
TONGA, A3. Paul Kidd, KK6H, reports he has retired and will be spending 6 months or more in Tonga. The planned move is slated for July 28. Listen for A35RK. He will operate CW and RTTY on 40 through 10 meters, perhaps some 80 after a while, but no 160. Side trips to Fiji, Rotuma, Vanuatu, Southern Cooks, Niue and French Polynesia are being considered. QSL A35RK via W7TSQ only, no cards to the A3 Bureau, please.
MIDWAY ATOLL, KH4. Frank, AH0W/OH2LVG, reports that due to transportation matters, his DXpedition has been rescheduled for August 18 to 25. QSL via KE7LZ.
SAINT MARTIN, FS. Carlo, I4ALU, will be on Saint Barthelemy August 13 to 25 signing FJ/I4ALU on all bands with CW. QSL via I4ALU.
OGASAWARA, JD7. Eiji, JQ1SUO, will sign JQ1SUO/JD1 August 8 to 11, mainly on 20 meters. QSL via his home call. Gary, W5VSZ, will operate as 7J1AYK/JD1 starting around August 14 to 21. CW, SSB and RTTY are planned. QSL direct to W5VSZ, 23 Pirate Drive, Hattiesburg, MS 39402-9557.
SAO TOME AND PRINCIPE, S9. Antonio, LX2DW, will be active as S91DW from Principe August 29 to September 2. Plans are for CW and SSB on 40 through 10 meters. QSL via LX2DW.
