CAMBODIA, XU

Mike, VS6WV, expects to be in XU-land frequently. His next visit will be January 8 and 9, when he will sign XU6WV. Activity will be mostly CW on 40, 80 and perhaps 160 meters.

GHANA, 9G

Steve, PA3GBQ, will vacation in Accra December 31 to January 15. He will operate from the station of 9G1BS, probably signing 9G5BQ. QSL via PA3GBQ.

SAN FELIX ISLANDS, CE0

CE3HJB and CE3CDV are in the early stages of planning a DXpedition for 1996.

SOUTH ORKNEY ISLANDS, LU6

LU6Z is at the Argentinian Naval Antarctic Base located on Laurie Island. Check 7005 kHz beginning around 0230z or 3505 kHz around 0500z. Sometimes LU6Z is on the air as early as 0245z. QSL via LU6EF.

TANZANIA, 5H

Giovanni, I5JHW, will be signing 5H1HW January 1 to 9 from Zanzibar Island, IOTA AF-032. He will be on all bands and use CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL via I5JHW.

MAURITIUS, 3B8

3B8/JA3JM is active until December 26 on all bands, including A010 and 13. QSL to Akio Shimizu, 3-6-22 Kasugaoka, Jujiidera, Osaka 583, Japan.

MAYOTTE, FH

Akio then moves on to Mayotte as FH/JA3JM from December 27 to 31.

REUNION, FR

Before going home, Akio stops in Reunion from January 1 to 6 as FR/JA3JM.

ITU HEADQUARTERS GENEVA

Luc, I1YRL, will be operating 4U1ITU in January, February and March. QSL via I1YRL. MONACO. Listen for Luc signing 3A/I1YRL during the first three months of 1996. QSL via I1YRL.

CAYMAN ISLANDS, ZF

Listen on the air for Carlo, I4ALU, between Christmas Day and January 3. Check 13 kHz up from the band edge on most bands, as well as 10103, 18070 and 24893 kHz.

PIRATES COVE

Rony, PS7AB, reports that the station signing ZY0PT and supposedly operating from Saint Peter and Paul Rocks during December is a pirate.

ADDRESS CHANGE/QSLING HINT

QSL Manager Karl, PS7KM, has a new address. It is Karl M Leite, Rua Estacio de Sa 1838, 59054-580 NATAL, RN - Brasil South America. Karl reminds us to NOT write any call signs on the envelopes. This helps get the mail delivered unmolested.
