PACIFIC

T30 - WESTERN KIRIBATI To surprise us once again Ron, ZL1AMO, hit the airwaves as T30RW from OC-017 for one week. QSL via homecall.

V6 - MICRONESIA N6VV, NG7S and W7DR cancelled their activity from Mokil (DXNL 1096) since they did not manage to send enough generator fuel to this island in time. Therefore their V63DC activity will take place only from Pohnpei Island (OC-010).

AFRICA

3B7 - ST BRANDON The 3B7RF DXpedition overcame many difficulties even on their way back home: Some people became seasick. Due to heavy storms and big waves the return trip to Mauritius lasted 75 hours (instead of 30). Although, they had adequate supply of water, the sea provided the food source.

5X - UGANDA Laurence, GM4DMA, will be on the air as 5X1LH from Kampala on 2-80m throughout July.

6W - SENEGAL 6W1RE and Chris, 6W1QV, plan to activate Goree Isl. (May 29-Jun 1) and Madelaine Island (from June 5) signing 6W1QV/p on 10/15/20m in SSB and CW. Both islands count for IOTA AF-045. QSL via 6W1QV, direct or via 6W bureau. Didier, 6W1RE, will return to France by the end of June. - The announcement that N2WCQ/6W1 (DXNL 1096) should become active by the end of May has been revoked.

TR - GABON Thierry, F5ILM/FR5DT, shall be in Gabon for the next four months. He has already applied for a license.

AMERICA

VP9 - BERMUDA Fred, K1EFI/VP9, will be QRV again from Sandy's Parish mostly in CW from June 1-8. QSL via K1EFI.

ASIA

5B - CYPRUS Edin, 5B4/T97M, and Boris, 5B4/T93Y, are on the air between May 26 and June 3. They hope to get a special call for the WPX Contest. QSL for T97M via K2PF, T93Y via W6MD (ex N2MAU).

7O - YEMEN After activating SU0ERA on 20m during the WPX Contest Zoli, HA5PP, will return to Sanaa for another month around June 1. With the support of K4TKM and the NCDXF he hopes to become active as 7O/HA5PP, 7O8DX or 7O8CW this time. He will also try to get a confirmation of his 7O1A license to get it approved at the DXCC Desk. QSL via HA5YPP, PO Box 1157, Budapest 1245, Hungary.

9M6 - EASTERN MALAYSIA UA9CI,UA9CLB and UA9CDV are on the air as 9M6AAT and/or 9M6AAC from Hillview Gardens between WPX CW Contest and June 4.

A6 - UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Don, N1DG, was announced to be active as A61AD especially on 17/12m and in RTTY from June 1-8. QSL via N1DG. Don plans also to take the A61AQ logs with him.

JT - MONGOLIA The Hungarian DXpedition is now working as JT1X (instead of JU1HA). QSL via HA0HW, also via bureau.
