CE0 - SAN FELIX XR0ZY is on the air from San Ambrosio (SA-013) mostly in CW on all bands for 5-10 days starting on Apr 15. QSL via OM2SA.

HC8 - GALAPAGOS ISLANDS Ted, HC5K, is QRV for two weeks signing HC8K especially in the digital modes including MT63 and Hell.

PJ2 - CURACAO Joe, PJ2/W8GEX, and John, PJ2/WZ8D, are QRV from SA-066 working on 6-80m from Apr 15-22. QSLs direct to their homecalls.

V3 - BELIZE Once again Baldur, DJ6SI, surprised everybody when he hit the air-waves as V31OM on Apr 18. QSL via DJ6SI - also via bureau.

ASIA

7O - YEMEN DJ7MG, DK1II, DK9KX and DL5EBE became active as 7O1YGF (Yemen German Friendship) from Sanaa on Apr 17. They are QRV in CW/SSB on all bands, 6m on 50204 kHz until Apr 30. QSL: CW 10-160m via DJ3XD, SSB/RTTY via DK9KX, via bureau or to their CBAs.

A4 - OMAN Tony, A45ZN, shall be QRV from Muscat for three more months starting on Apr 19. QSL via G4UPS.

EUROPE

SV5 - DODECANES During his two week holiday John, SV5/SM0DJZ, is QRV in CW/SSB/RTTY on 10-80m mostly during the morning and evening hours since Apr 16. GKB Portishead Radio finally shuts down its operation after 80 years on Apr 30. GU0SUP Phil, the current GU QSL manager announces following stations as PIRATES: GU2ENK, GU4GMW (in CQWW CW Contest), MU0AWR (CQWW CW Test). K2WR is licensed as MJ0AWR and worked from Jersey (not Guernsey) (also) during the contest.
HM0DX Kim has been spotted several times since Apr 13. The address he announced as his own is Box 112, Chongjin, North Korea but Martti, OH2BH, states that there are no private post office boxes in North Korea until yet. Though Chongjin can be entered by tourists this is only possible under military surveillance. The antenna directions of his signal from South Korea and Japan are pointing towards JA1 or a ship. If Kim is a South Korean a post office box in North Korea makes no sense at all. So this should be called a PIRATE, too.
