ITU HEADQUARTERS. The International Amateur Radio Club will be QRV as 4U1WRC until November 21, 1997. This operation is in conjunction with the 1997 World Radiocommunication Conference and associated 1997 Radiocommunication Assembly. QSL to IARC, PO Box 6, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland.

BURUNDI, 9U. Alex, PA3DZN, will be QRV, possibly using the callsign 9U2L. His expected stay is three months. QSL via PA3DMH.

URUGUAY, CX. A number of Uruguayan operators will be QRV as CW1D from Flores Island, IOTA SA-030, until October 30. Activity in the CQ WW DX SSB contest is also expected. QSL via CX1AK.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8. Martti, OH2BH, will be QRV as EA8BH for the CQ WW DX SSB contest. He will be employing some new operating technology in this contest. QSL via home call.

FRENCH POLYNESIA, FO. Members from the Southern California DX Club will be QRV from Bora Bora as FO8DX until October 28. They will be a Multi Single entry in the upcoming contest. Before and after the contest, operators will be QRV with individual FO calls. QSL via operator's instructions.

GUANTANAMO BAY, KG4. Members from the Central Florida DX Association will be QRV as KG4QD as a Multi Single entry in the CQ WW DX SSB contest. During non contest periods, team members will operate primarily on the newer bands. Some 6 meter activity is also expected. QSL via operator's home calls. QSL contest call KG4QD via K4QD.

GUAM, KH2. Members of the Guam Contest Club will be QRV as NH2C as a Multi Single entry in the upcoming contest. QSL via JI3ERV.

ANTIGUA, V2. Members from Team Antigua will be QRV as V26B as a Multi Operator, Multi Transmitter entry in the CQ WW DX SSB Contest. Operations are expected on all HF bands, including the newer bands and 160 meters. Some RTTY operation is expected as well. QSL contest call V26B via WT3Q.

CHATMAN ISLAND, ZL7. A team of operators from New Zealand will be QRV as ZM7A in the upcoming contest. ZL7AA will be used a few days before and after the contest. QSL both calls via ZL2AL.

QSL BUREAU ADDRESS CHANGE. The new address for the Iranian QSL Bureau is, Director General of Telecommunications, Ministry of P.T.T., Dr. Shariati Avenue, PO Box 11365-931, Postal Code 16314, Iran.
