ARLD020 DX news

ALGERIA, 7X. Afif, 7X2RO, has been QRV on 17 meters between 2040 and 2100z. QSL via F6FNU.

NEPAL, 9N. Vlad, 9N1FP, has been found on the low end of 20 meters from 0000 to 0200z. QSL via RU6FP.

SAINT PAUL ISLAND, CY9. CY9RF will be QRV from May 28 to June 2. A Multi/Multi entry in the CQ WW WPX CW Contest is also planned. Operations will be on all HF bands, with a major effort planned for 160 to 40 meters. QSL via K8RF.

BOLIVIA, CP. Mats, LU9AUY, will be QRV as CP6/LU9AUY from May 27 to June 3. He will also sign CP6AA during the CQ WW WPX CW Contest. QSL to home call.

CANARY ISLANDS, EA8. Fernando, EA3KU, will be active from Gran Canary Island from May 28 to June 2 as EA8ZS. He will also be a Single Op entry in the CQ WW WPX CW Contest. QSL to home call.

REUNION ISLAND, FR. Michael, DL1MBM, will be active as FR/DL1MBM beginning the end of May. QSL to home call.

VATICAN, HV. Francesco, HV4NAC, has been active on 80 and 20 meters. QSL via IK0FVC.

GREECE, SV. Harry, GM0UTD, will be active using QRP CW from Crete, IOTA EU-015, until June 2. QSL to home call.

WESTERN KIRIBATI, T30. Ron, ZL1AMO, is QRV as T30RW, and has been active on 40 meters from 1130 to 1330z. QSL to home call.

ANTIGUA, V2. Two members from the Oklahoma DX Association will be QRV as V26TT and V26GG from May 26 to June 2. Activity is expected on 160 to 10 meters, including the newer bands. They will also be active in the CQ WW WPX CW contest. QSL via operator's instructions.

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V. K6CT, N6CW and K9VV will be active as VP2VDX from May 27 to June 2. They will also be a Multi/Single entry in the CQ WW WPX CW Contest. Outside the contest period, they plan to concentrate their operations on the newer bands. QSL via K6CT.

NEW ZEALAND, ZL. Ed, K8VIR, will be QRV as ZL4IR. QSL to home call.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. The ARCI QRP Hoot Owl CW Sprint, South American CW Contest and the Texas QSO Party are on tap for the weekend. On May 25 and 26, the Memorial Day CW Sprint is also scheduled. Please see May QST, page 96 for details.
