CYPRUS, 5B. A group of Russian amateurs will be QRV until July 15 as 5B4/homecalls and as P3A in the IARU HF World Championship. QSL contest call via W3HNK. QSL all others via operator's instructions.

JAMAICA, 6Y. Mac, 6Y5MC, is now QRV using SSTV. QSL via WA4WTG.

NEPAL, 9N. Charles, K4VUD, will be QRV as 9N1UD until the end of November 1998. Activity is expected on 160 to 15 meters, with a possibility of 10 and 6 meters as well. QSL to home call.

LIBERIA, EL. EL2AB has been QRV on 15 meters around 1230z. QSL via IK0PHY.

GUADELOUPE, FG. Baldur, DJ6SI, is currently active as FG/DJ6SI. His length of stay is unknown. He will be QRV on all bands, including the newer bands, using CW. QSL to home call.

SARDINIA, IS0. IK2AEQ is QRV as IM0/IK2AEQ from San Pietro Island.

GUANTANAMO BAY, KG4. Members of the Florida DX Club will be QRV in the IARU HF World Championship as KG4OX. Members will be active on all bands and modes before and after the contest. Some 6 meter activity is expected conditions permitting. QSL via W4OX.

LITHUANIA, LY. The Lithuanian Amateur Radio Society is celebrating its 60th anniversary by activating the headquarters station LY60RMD using CW and SSB on all bands during the IARU HF World Championship. QSL via the bureau.

MARKET REEF, OJ0. Seppo, OH1VR, and Jorma, OH2KI, will be QRV from July 9 to 12 as OJ0VR, using CW and SSB and perhaps RTTY. An entry in the IARU HF World Championship is also expected. QSL via OH1VR.

ARUBA, P4. The Aruba IARU Member HQ Station P43R will be active on all bands using CW and SSB during the IARU HF World Championship. QSL via P43ARC.

ICELAND, TF. The Iceland IARU HQ Station TF3IRA will be QRV during the IARU HF World Championship. QSL via TF3GB.

MACAO, XX9. Chang, XX9AU, has been QRV on 20 meters around 1340z. QSL to home call.

PARAGUAY, ZP. Tom, ZP5AZL, will use the special callsign ZP0Z in the IARU HF World Championship. Activity is expected on all bands. QSL to W3HNK.

SOUTH AFRICA, ZS. ZS5BBO will be QRV in the IARU HF World Championship. He can be found on 80 to 10 meters. QSL to home call.
