WESTERN SAMOA, 5W. Sakuma, JI3WLT, is QRV from Apia as 5W1SA until March, 2000. He is currently active on 6 meters.

MALDIVES, 8Q. IK1ZPA will be QRV from December 14 to 20 as 8Q7IK from Giravaru Island. QSL to home call.

CUBA, CO. Victor, CO8HF, and Juan, CO8TW, will be a Multi Operator/Mixed Mode entry in the ARRL 10-Meter Contest. QSL via operator's instructions.

LIBERIA, EL. Mark, ON4WW, is currently active from Monrovia as EL2WW. His length of stay is unknown. QSL via ON5NT.

COLOMBIA, HK. Edgard, HK1BAR, is QRV using SSTV on 15 meters.

HONDURAS, HR. Bob, W7TSQ, will be QRV in the ARRL 10-Meter Contest as W7TSQ/HR6. QSL to home call.

GRENADA, J3. Harry, W8KKF, will be active as J37K in the ARRL 10-Meter Contest. Look for him on Thursday and Friday before the contest and Monday afterwards. Operations will be SSB only. QSL to home call.

MONGOLIA, JT. Look for JT40 to be QRV in celebration of the 40th Anniversary of Amateur Radio in Mongolia. QSL via JT1CD.

BRAZIL, PY. Alex, PY1KS, will be active in the ARRL 10-Meter Contest using the special callsign PX1I on SSB and CW. QSL to home call.

MOUNT ATHOS, SV/A. Monk Apollo, SV2ASP/A, has been showing up around 28485 khz between 1330 and 1430z.

ASIATIC RUSSIA, UA0. Yuri, UA0SJ, will be active in the ARRL 10-Meter Contest and the 1998 TARA RTTY Sprint Contest. QSL to home call.

SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS. Oleg, UA1PBA, is active for one year from the club station R1ANF located at Bellingshausen Base on King George Island.

DIEGO GARCIA, VQ9. Dale, VQ9QM, has been active on 10106 khz between 2000 and 2300z. He also likes 160 meters. QSL via W4QM.

PARAGUAY, ZP. Tom, ZP5AZL, plans to operate in the ARRL 10-Meter Contest as ZP5Z. QSL via W3HNK.
