PALESTINE, E4. A team of operators from the U.S. and Europe are QRV from here until February 28 as E44DX. They will concentrate on 40 meter CW on February 19, and 15 meter CW the next day. They will also work SSB on 20 and 15 meters during the ARRL CW DX Contest, with possible CW on the newer bands. They will not participate in the contest. QSL via OH2BN. A number of other E4 stations are QRV as well. Ali, E44A, can be found around 14250 khz. QSL via JY4NE.

TANZANIA, 5H. Conny, DL1DA, will be active as 5H3SK from Zanzibar Island, IOTA AF-032, until February 26. He will operate mainly CW with some RTTY. QSL to home call.

KENYA, 5Z. Jim, G3RTE, Phil, G3SWH, John, G3WGV, and Rob, 5Z4RL, will be QRV from Lamu Island, IOTA AF-040, signing 5Z4LI with two or three stations on 160 to 10 meters until February 24. They will also be QRV in the ARRL CW DX Contest. QSL via G3SWH

BAHAMAS, C6. John, K3TEJ/C6A, and Edward, WA3WSJ/C6A, will be QRV from Treasure Cay, IOTA NA-080, on 160 to 10 meters until February 23. During the ARRL CW DX Contest they will operate as C6AKW. QSL contest call via K3TEJ and all others to home calls.

GUANTANAMO BAY, KG4. W4ZYT, W4SD, and NW3K will be active with their KG4 callsigns, using mainly CW until February 22. They will also participate in the ARRL CW DX Contest as KG4DZ. QSL contest call via W4SD.

HAWAII, KH6. Richard, K5NA, will be active as KH6X from Maui until February 27. He will participate in the ARRL CW DX Contest. QSL to home call.

PUERTO RICO, KP4. Rich, KE3Q, will participate in the ARRL CW DX Contest from the QTH of WP3R. QSL via W3HNK.

UKRAINE, UR. Look for EN5J as a Multi/Single in this year's ARRL and CQ WPX SSB Contests. QSL via KG6AR.

ANTIGUA, V2. N5NJ, K3MM, and possibly K3RA plan to participate as a Multi Op/Two Transmitter entry in the ARRL CW DX Contest as V26O. Look for them to be QRV using their own V2 calls before and after the contest using CW, SSB and RTTY. QSL contest call via N5NJ.

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V. K1DW will be active as VP2V on 160 to 10 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY. He plans to participate in the ARRL CW DX, ARRL DX SSB and CQ WW DX SSB Contests. QSL to home call.

BURKINA FASO, XT. Michel, F5RLE, and Joel, F5AOW, are active as XT2DM using CW and XT2OW using SSB, respectively, especially on the newer bands until March 1. QSL via F5RLE.
