ANTARCTICA

FT5Z - AMSTERDAM ISLAND Eric (FT5ZG, F5ICB) has already arrived at his destination. Due to the upcoming work he will not be QRV before February 1997. Since he has no microphone he should be active in CW only. The address of Eric's QSL manager, F5RQQ, published in DX-NL 1020 is wrong because of a change of his QTH. The new address will be available soon.

AFRICA

3C1 - EQUATORIAL GUINEA All those who did not work 3C1DX or who get no QSLs from 3C1EA have the possibility to work another station from this country around the WWDX CW contest weekend. N5AW and N6ZZ plan to become active for a few days signing 3C5A and 3C5Z on all bands from November 18 until December 1. QSL via N6ZZ.

ASIA

4K - AZERBAIJAN Supplement to DX-MB/DX-NL 1019: The activity of Axel, DL6KVA, will take place from December 1-14. His call will be 4K0CW.

A6 - UNITED ARAB EMIRATES AA6DC is active as A61AF from November 14-26. He announced these frequencies: 1831, 3510, 7015, 10123, 14025, 21015 and 28015 kHz. QSL via homecall. There is no confirmation whether the station A61AT is genuine or not. This station is on the air on 80m/40m nearly every day in the evening hours and asks for QSL via WA3HUP.

AMERICA

HC - ECUADOR During the upcoming WWDX CW Contest Bernd, DL1VJ, will be active using the station and the call of HC1OT. QSL also via HC1OT.

EUROPE

CU - AZORES Matthias, DL3KUD, will be on the Azores again soon. He will put Flores Island (EU-089) on the air from December 13 till January 12 and Sao Miguel Island (EU-003) from January 13-19. His equipment consists of an ICOM radio, R7 vertical, 80m/160m dipole and perhaps also an amplifier. QSL 100% via bureau.
