PACIFIC

FK - NEW CALEDONIA Eric, FK8GM, Robert, FK8AH, and Claude, FK1RF, plan to work from Matthew Island again signing FK5M from April 21-25.

H4 - SOLOMON ISLANDS DL2GAC will be QRV again as H44MS probably from Renell Island (IOTA OC-127). QSL via DL2GAC via bureau.

JD1 - MINAMI TORISHIMA JG8NQJ/JD1 (DX-NL 1033) is on the air until April 23 and after that some time in June or July. Preferred frequencies are: 7012, 10104 and 14028 kHz. QSL via JA8CJY, direct or via bureau.

KH4 - MIDWAY ISLAND Yuu, JA3IG, will be active from Midway Island signing KH4/K1NT on 15-40m from April 16-23.He will listen for EU from 0430 till 0630Z. QSL via JA3IG.

AFRICA

3B8 - MAURITIUS Kenton, 3B8/NK6F, will be active from the QTH of 3B8CF mostly in CW from April 20 until June 8.

3C0 - ANNOBON ISLAND The Spanish radio club URE will be on the air from Annobon Island (AF-039) with 10 EA's, DJ9ZB, OH0XX, OH1RY and W9EVI as operators using three stations from May 20-27.

3V - TUNISIA Giovanni, I5JHW, I5SNR, I5OYY and IK5EKB will be at 3V8BB from April 28 until May 5. During the ARI Contest on May 3/4 they hope to get the call 3V5I. QSL via I5JHW.

3Y - BOUVET ISLAND The Norwegian Polar Institute has postponed the landing permission for the activity by ZS1FJ and others until December 1998.

FR - REUNION ISLAND FR/DJ4VW will be QRV from St. Gilles on 6-160m (preferred QRG 18165 kHz) from May 1-15. QSL 100% via bureau or with return postage to the CBA Dr. Helmut Waldner, Ringstr 8, D-57612 Kroppach, Germany.

TU - COTE D'IVOIRE 5X4D will be TU2WL on 80-10m in SSB from April 18 until May 2.

ZD7 - ST HELENA Desmond, ZD7DP, announced to active on 80m by April 1. ZD7WRG was very active until April 9 but is now onboard a ship for 2 months.

AMERICA

CY - ST PAUL ISLAND The DXpedition by VE9AA shall take place from June 26 until July 3.

V4 - ST KITTS & NEVIS Rick, AI5P (mostly in CW), and George, WB5JHK (SSB), will be on Antigua (NA-104) afterwards. QSLs via homecalls.

ASIA

7O - YEMEN Zoli, HA5PP (ex 3W8DX, XW8DX), is going to Aden for one year in May and will try hard to get a valid licence from the PTT in Sanaa. He hopes to be on the air by the end of June. From Aden he plans to make some trips to E3, T5, J2, ST and ST0.

A7 - QATAR Jean-Jacques (ex J28JJ) is working from the clubstation A71A (also in RTTY) on saturdays.

S2 - BANGLADESH Vittorio, IK1SLY/S21YS, and Manju, S21AM, are QRV from Hatia Island mostly on 20m SSB. QSL via IK1FLF.

TA - TURKEY Nilav, TA3YJ, and YL Berkin, TA3J, are announced as YM3ATA from April 17-27. QSL via TA3YJ.

XX9 - MACAO XX9AS is QRT and goes to Portugal on holidays. It is possible that he will return to Macao.

EUROPE

3A - MONACO 3A7A is QRV from April 15-30. QSL via bureau. 3A7G is announced for the same time period. QSL via 3A2LF or via 3A bureau.

GJ - JERSEY ISLAND GJ/DK1RP/p became QRV and stays until April 12. QSL via bureau.

HB0 - LIECHTENSTEIN DJ9SI, DJ8KI and DL8SET will be active from Triesenberg on 2m-80m from May 7-11. QSL via DL8SET.
