PACIFIC

H40 - TEMOTU ISLANDS The online logcheck of H40AA and H44AA is now working fine under: http://www.iglou.com/n4gn/h40aa/. Some DXers mixed up the different logs, so I regret the comment in DXNL 1095.

V6 - MICRONESIA N6VV, NG7S and W7DR will be active from Kolkonia, Pohnpei, signing V63VV during the WPX CW Contest. Other calls are not known yet. Afterwards they will sign V63VV/p etc. from Mokil Isl. till June 7. QSLs via homecalls.

VK9L - LORD HOWE ISLAND Nick, VK2ICV, will be on the air again as VK9LX especially on 160m. QSL via VK2ICV.

JD1 - MINAMI TORISHIMA Ryo, JL1KFR/JD1, shall be active during the next week. QSL via JL1KFR.

AFRICA

3B7 - ST BRANDON After logging 54.444 QSOs the 3B7RF DXpedition shut down their operation on May 17 at 0804 UTC. Even QRP stations made some QSOs on 10 to 20m finally. In Europe we suffered from QRM by the "on air police" and their friends especially on 30-160m. Remember: If you are disturbed intentionally you can only do this: Ignore it!

6W - SENEGAL Jerry, UT4UZ, stays on Goree Island (AF-045) and is QRV signing N2WCQ/6W1 on May 22/23. QSL via PA3BUD.

TU - COTE D'IVOIRE TU0D is on the air from Daloa working in CW/SSB/RTTY on 10-80m on May 23/24. A special QSL will be sent via the ARAI bureau.

AMERICA

CE - CHILE Alex, CE8ABF, is on Tierra del Fuego (SA-008) from May 21-24. He will be QRV either on 1842 kHz from 0100-0400 UTC or on 17m/12m.

CE0X - SAN FELIX ISLAND Due to transportation problems John, CE0ZAM, had to postpone his XQ0X activity from San Ambrosio (SA-013) until September.

HI8 - DOMINICAN REPUBLIC Fred, DF1IC/HI8, will be QRV with 100 watts on 10-80m during his holiday between May 27 and June 3. QSL via DF1IC.

V2 - ANTIGUA Jim, K5TT, and Dave, W5AO, will possibly be QRV as V26TT and V26GG on 10-160m (including the WPX Contest) between May 26 and June 2. QSL V26TT via K5TT and V26GG via Oklahoma DX Association, Box 88, Morris, OK 74445-0088, USA.

VE - CANADA Louis, VE2BQB, is operating from Baffin Island (NA-047, zone 2) in CW/SSB until the end of November. If requested he also switches to other frequencies. QSL via VE2BQB, Louis Paquet, 1368 Rang 4, Lac au Saumon, P.Q. G0J 1M0, Canada.

VP2V - BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS K6CT, N6CW and K9VV will participate in the WPX CW Contest signing VP2VDX between May 27 and June 2. Outside of the contest they will emphasize their operation on the WARC bands. QSL via K6CT.

YN - NICARAGUA Mike, AD5A, Michael, AB5EB, Buzz, N5FTR, and Buzz, N5UR, are on the air as H75A from Isla de Venado with two stations operating CW and SSB with beams for 20/17/15/12/10m and a vertical for 80-17m from May 22-24. John, WD8MGQ (e-mail: wd8mgq@tir.com), will be the pilot station. QSL via N5FTR, Buzz Loeschman, 717 Milton, Angleton, TX 77515, USA.
