PIRATE: Ron, LU2AH, states that the AY0Z operation from the Malvinas (Falkland Islands) was an Argentinian counterpart to our April fool hoaxes. The alleged QSL manager Carlos Sal Menem, LU1SM, is the President of Argentina!

The postal rates in Indonesia increased dramatically. Now an airmail letter costs 2 IRCs or 2 US $.
