FO0 - AUSTRALES ISLANDS Joel, F5JJW, is QRV as FO0SUC from Tubai (OC-152) especially on 20/ 15/10m from Oct 7-18.

FO - FRENCH POLYNESIA Following Australs (OC-152) Joel, F5JJW, will work also as FO0SUC from Thaa (OC-067) from Oct 19-22. --- DJ0FX is on the air with 100 watts in CW and SSB on all bands from Moorea (OC-046) signing FO0PT from Oct 10-30. QSL via DJ0FX, 100 percent ok via bureau or direct.

KH0 - MARIANA ISLANDS Masa, JH6VLF, is signing KH0/KD7CLP on 40/30/20/15/10m in CW and SSB from Rota Island (OC-086) from Oct 9-12. QSL via: JH6VLF, Masanori Matsuyama, 303-Jyunesu Suzuki, 1330-Hiregasaki, Nagareyama, Chiba, 270-0161, Japan.

T32 - EASTERN KIRIBATI By now Chuck, T32NCC, is the only OM on Fanning Island (OC-084). He usually runs 100 watts from a TS-50 into a dipole between two palm trees. Chuck prefers 10 and 12m and does not like pile ups. In the near future there shall be a regular connection by ship to Fanning. Since the mail usually takes about seven months he would like to have a POBox or a QSL manager on Hawaii which would mean a weekly supply with mail. AFRICA

5N - NIGERIA Mario, TT8AM, is QRV as 5N9EAM. QSL via IK7JTF.

C5 - GAMBIA Wolfgang, C56/DL5MM, is operating especially on the WARC bands with wire antennas from Oct 2-15. QSL via bureau to DL5MM.

E3 - ERITREA Jacky, F2CW, had to pay 500 US$ for the E31AA license. Bruce, WD6NGB, writes that his large scale E31DX operation with 20 operators is affected much worse: Every single person has to pay 500 US$ and a common DXpedition call is not allowed! HK - COLOMBIA 5J8IB is QRV from Bocogrande running two stations in SSB on 20m/40m operated by 12 operators. QSL via HK3DDD.

KP2 - AMERICAN VIRGIN ISLANDS Pier Luigi, IK1EDC, will be QRV from NA-106. He will be on Great St. James on Oct 14, on Inner Brass on Oct 15, on Capella on Oct 17 and on Savana on Oct 18.

VP9 - BERMUDA ISLAND Seiji, JH6RTO/AH0R, will be QRV mostly on the WARC bands signing AH0R/VP9 from Oct 15-17. QSL via bureau to JH6RTO or via Seiji Fukushima, 1182-2506 Haser, Atsugi 243-0036, Japan.

YN - NICARAGUA HR1RMG and YN1RFV/YN6 want to activate H76C from Cardon Island at the Pacific Ocean Coast from Oct 6-11. QSL via HR1RMG.

ZF - CAYMAN ISLANDS Bruce, N6NT/ZF2NT, is QRV again from Oct 11 till April 1999. QSL via N2AU.


ASIA

9M6 - EASTERN MALAYSIA Ed, K8EP, is QRV mostly in CW on 10-40m operating from 9M6AAC in Hillview Gardens on Sabah. QSL via N2OO.

A4 - OMAN Don, A45XU (ex A92BE), will stay until January 2000. QSL to Don Street, S. K. Street, Box 2571 Seeb, Postal Code 111, Oman.


EUROPE

TF - ICELAND Rudy, TF/PA3GQW, was QRV on 14269 kHz after 2100 UTC between Sep 30 and Oct 8.
