PACIFIC

KH0 - NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS AA1NY/KH0, KH0/JA4RED and KH0/JH4RLY were QRV from OC-086 until Jun 6. All QSLs via AA1NY.

V7 - MARSHALL ISLANDS Bruce, AC4G (ex N4GAK), will be on the air in CW and SSB on all bands signing V73G (?) from Kwajalein (OC-028) for at least two years starting by mid June.

VK - AUSTRALIA Dan Holloway, VK8AN/6, is active from Troughton Island (OC-154) from June 2-16 and again from June 30 until July 14. He intends to operate SSB/CW on 10/15/20m if he erects his beam till June 10. He is looking especially for Europe during his spare time from 0800- 1300 UTC (long path on 20m arounf 0600 UTC and short path on 15m around 0800 UTC). AFRICA

3X - GUINEA Robert, F5MKA (ex TL8GR), has been licensed as 3XY1B0 (Three Xray Yankee One Bravo Zero !) and is now QRV mostly in CW on 10/15/20m. QSL via F5XX.

EL - LIBERIA Eric, EA5GIY, is on a professional trip through Liberia and tries to hit the airwaves as EL2VO during June or July. QSL via EA5GIY.

V5 - NAMIBIA Pierre, V5/HB9QQ, will stay until June 14. QSL via bureau to HB9QQ.

ZS8 - MARION ISLAND Deryck, ZS8D/ZS6DE, who stays on Marion Island shall be QRV on 14195 kHz daily around 1400 UTC. He has not been spotted in Europe yet. QSL via ZS6EZ.


AMERICA

8P - BARBADOS Stephen, 8P6CV, is on the air again in June. QSL via KU9C

CX - URUGUAY Due to some transportation problems the CV5A DXpedition has been postponed to June 18-21. QSL via CX2ABC. --- Commemorating the 40th anniversary of the Centro Radio Aficionados Montevideo CW40CCC will be active in CW and SSB on 160-6m (mostly WARC) from June 13-20. QSL via Box 6000, Montevideo 11000, Uruguay.

TI - COSTA RICA Kees, PA5CW/TI8, is active in CW on 10/15/20/40m (perhaps also on other bands) from June 6-22. QSL via PA5CW, Kees Wiegers, De Schans 96, NL-9351 AZ Leek, The Netherlands.

YS - EL SALVADOR The local licensing authority asked Jack, KE4LWT, to use the call YS9/KE4LWT instead of YS1/...


ASIA

9N - NEPAL Finally Satish, 9N1AA, hit the airwaves in RTTY on 10m and it could be possible that he also appears on a satellite soon. QSL NEW via K4VUD.

A4 - OMAN Tony, G4KLF, could become active again as A45ZN during one of his next stays. QSL via G4UPS.

E4 - PALESTINE Radek, E41/OK1FHI, will be QRV from the West Bank during the All Asia Contest and from June 11-23. QSL via OK1FHI. --- Furthermore an English group announced an activity from Jun 14-28.

TA - TURKEY Wolfgang, TA4/DL5MAE/p, is QRV from Kusadasi/AYDIN in SSB/CW (also 2m EME) on 160/80/40/20/15/10m from Jun 4-13. QSL via bureau to DL5MAE or Wolfgang Schlaffer, Am Rosengarten 3, D-85467 Neuching, Germany. --- Nilay Mine (XYL), TA4/TA3YJ/p, and Berkin, TA4/TA3J/p, announced to be QRV from Kusadasi on the same bands/modes on June 12/13. YB - INDONESIA Akhmad,YB4JIM, writes that due to the the elections all YB stations are OFF AIR until June 11.


EUROPE

GM - SHETLAND ISLANDS Wolf, DL4BQE, Helmut, DL5BUT, Thomas, DM4VDE, and Arno, DL1CW, are QRV as MM/homecall/p from Muckle Roe (EU-012) running two stations on 10-160m from Jun 11-16. QSL via DARC bureau or direct to DL4BQE. More information at: http://privat.schlund.de/y/y36/shetl.htm

SV - GREECE Phil, SV8/G3SWH, will be on the air in CW on 10-40m from Mykonos Island (EU-067) from June 16-23. QSL via G3SWH.
